Synlumex AI is a product of Collabify Space Private Limited, registered in India in March 2025. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use Synlumex.

We collect the following information:

• Account information: name, email, company name
• Invoice files you upload for extraction (PDFs, images, scans)
• Extracted invoice data (vendor details, amounts, line items, tax information)
• Usage data: number of invoices processed, export activity, login timestamps

Your data is used only to:

• Process and extract invoice information you upload
• Generate export files (Excel, CSV, Tally XML, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books)
• Track your usage against your plan limits
• Communicate with you regarding your account

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored with industry-standard security practices, including Row Level Security (RLS) — meaning your invoices and account data are isolated and cannot be accessed by other users. Our team does not access your data unless required for support, with your permission.

Invoice files are processed using AI-based extraction services solely to extract data. These services do not use your files to train their models.

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data at any time using our export features

To operate Synlumex, we use trusted third-party service providers for:

• Cloud database and authentication services (data storage and access control)
• AI-based document processing services (used solely to extract data from invoices you upload)
• Application hosting infrastructure

These providers process data only on our behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments, and do not use your data for their own purposes such as model training or marketing.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Synlumex after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
