Terms of Use

By accessing or using Synlumex, provided by Collabify Space Private Limited (registered in India, March 2025), you agree to these Terms of Use.

Synlumex provides AI-powered invoice data extraction. Uploaded invoices are processed to extract structured data, which you review and approve before exporting to formats including Excel, CSV, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally XML, and Zoho Books.

Accounts are provisioned by Synlumex on request. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Each account is assigned a monthly invoice processing limit based on your plan (Trial, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise). Usage resets on a rolling 30-day cycle from your account creation date.

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing malicious content
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data or bypass security measures
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

While Synlumex uses AI to extract invoice data with confidence scoring, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before using it for accounting, tax, or financial reporting purposes.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance.

Synlumex and Collabify Space Private Limited are not liable for any financial decisions, losses, or discrepancies arising from the use of extracted data. Users are responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on exported data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or remain inactive for extended periods.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Synlumex after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
